Digital Product Usage & Licensing Policy

All digital products sold by Chosen Society Co are subject to individual licensing terms. Usage rights vary depending on the product purchased and will be clearly stated on the product sales page and within the included license agreement.

Standard Digital Products (Personal Use Only)

Products not explicitly labeled as PLR (Private Label Rights) or including resell permissions are licensed for personal use only.

For these products:

• Reselling, redistributing, or sharing is not permitted
• Rebranding or claiming authorship is not permitted
• Use inside memberships, bundles, or lead magnets is not permitted
• Creating derivative training, audio, or video content from the material is not permitted

These products are licensed exclusively to the original purchaser.

PLR (Private Label Rights) Products

Products clearly identified as PLR include a separate license agreement outlining permitted uses.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing and complying with the specific license included with their purchase. Rights may include modification and resale permissions as defined within that license.

PLR licenses do not transfer ownership of original copyright. Chosen Society Co retains copyright of the original unedited material unless otherwise stated.

Resale of the PLR license itself or redistribution of the unedited master files is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted within the product license.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding elements, graphics, product descriptions, promotional materials, and marketing assets remain the intellectual property of Chosen Society Co and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
