Due to the digital nature of many of our products, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once access has been delivered or the file has been downloaded. Digital items cannot be returned or exchanged because they are delivered instantly and cannot be retrieved after purchase.

Physical Products (If Applicable)

If you purchase a physical product and it arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at chosensocietyco@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and determine an appropriate resolution.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Failure to read product description
• Custom or personalized items
